Another post for the Peanut Gallery!!!!!

Hi folks!
Today, I got a special little Lalaloopsy mini in the mail. I am SO excited about this mini!

Here's why. She was the only Peanut Big Top mini that's not only available with a play set, toy car or carrying case, that I didn't have. I have wanted her for so long! I love her little dress and the skirt on her pet elephant! She's not wearing her usual garb. Peanut is wearing a gold colored dress with orange trim around the skirt and a hot pink belt with a bow. she's wearing black and white striped stockings with white socks over them. For the shoes, she's wearing orange mary janes with pink bows. She's got a balloon, a hoola hoop and a drum to stand on. This is a very adorable mini. One of my favorites!
So that's my Peanut's Elephant Act. :) I love her!

Here's another doll I got in the mail today. Now, before I show you this doll, let me say a few things.
First, she has been on my mind for a long time. I have debated on her for probably about a year. Ever since I started collecting dolls, I wanted her. She's not a Lalaloopsy doll. She's something completely different. She's a Pullip doll. Actually, a Little Pullip doll. She's from China, like most dolls anymore, but she's an actual Chinese designed doll. Her name is Romantic Alice. I love her. Here she is...

This is her!!!
Her name is Alice, she's absolutely adorable! Her hair is super soft, her face feels like its porcelain but it's plastic. She has a cute olive green bow in her hair, bangs cute straight across, and her hair is long and blonde. It does need a little T.L.C., just to get the hair looking a little bit neater, but that's not a big deal, and can be done with a bit of steam and a wash cloth. Her eyes are brown, with black eye liner on the top lids. She's wearing a cute beige colored apron with lace detailing. Her dress is blue with a lace collar. She's got on striped white and beige stockings that are painted on. she's got black shoes painted on. Her arms and legs both move independently, they aren't attached to each other like a lot of smaller dolls. This doll is probably about 5" tall. She's very petite.
I spent $20.00 plus shipping on her through Amazon. The seller was in California, and I got the doll within four days. Mind you, I live on the other side of the country, in West Virginia, so when I got her that fast, I was very surprised. I was kind of skeptical about getting a Little Pullip doll, but I'm extremely glad I did. Now, I did take her out of the box, because when she arrived, she looked silly. Her head was very weird looking, and her hair was terrible. So I took her out, because I don't plan on getting these dolls like this, to add to a serious collection. I plan on playing with these dolls, changing their clothes, their hair, maybe even their makeup. It just depends, and I want to be able to enjoy these dolls. So I will.

There's something I wanted to talk about that I don't have... And I'm not sure I'll get any. There's these dolls out, their Disney Princess dolls, but the line is called Once Upon A Zombie. I think they look kinda neat just from what I've seen on the internet. I'm not sure how they look in person, because I've never seen them in a store. There's also another line o Zombie dolls. Actually, it's zombies, vampires and something else, I'm not sure what. But they sell them in Toy'R'Us, near the Monster High and Ever After High dolls. They're called  Mystixx. I liked them when I initially saw them, but then I wasn't sure about them when I looked at them closely. What do y'all think about them? Anyone have either of those? Or any other dolls you want to share?

So that's my post on dolls for the day. I hope you enjoyed it. I also hope that the different dolls get different people interested in this blog. I do my best at making these posts bearable, and enjoyable. But I never get any responses on anything, so I'm not sure how people feel about it.
If you have any suggestions, or ideas for me to try out, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Until next time,
Tonya@Woollyghoulie
